Last Thursday was my 24 week doctor's appointment. I drank the juice for the gestational diabetes test, as well as had blood drawn for a few other tests. I got the call today that everything came back fine! Woohoo!
I was measuring 22.5 centimeters, normal but on the small side (no surprise there). We also heard her heartbeat!
No name yet :( Sorry!!! We are just as anxious as everyone else to know her name, but she hasn't told us yet!

Way Behind - 24.5 weeks
I'm way overdue for a post here! Over the past 3 weeks we've been busy getting ready for a kitchen remodel and family vacation. The vacation was a blast! We're smack in the middle of the kitchen remodel. Hadley and I left the house for part of the day today because some painting was being done. I don't want to bother this little growing girl with paint fumes.
For all who are interested, we still haven't picked out a name! I feel bad because we picked Hadley's name out by 21.5 weeks... We like Madeline Kate and Kendall (not sure on the middle name). I feel like this baby has a name already, we just have to figure out what it is. How funny would it be if we get to delivery without a name?! Maybe "funny" isn't the correct word here.
Swimming while pregnant was interested. I use the term "swimming" loosely. Holding Hadley in the water is more accurate. I did feel much lighter until I tried to swim. At that point my balance was a little off. Getting out of the pool was just weird. It was like all of the weight hit my legs at once. I had to take that part more slowly than usual.
All seems well. Baby G #2 is moving plenty. If I wake up at night and she starts moving, it keeps me awake for a bit. Chris and I are both getting very excited to meet and hold her! Less than 16 weeks!
More updates after my next appointment on Thursday.
